We offer flexible payment structures designed to support small and mid-sized importers:

- 50% advance payment and 50% against shipping documents (CAD)

- For recurring clientes, we can also work with:

- Letter of credit (at sight, first-line bank, irrevocable)

- Terms can be adjusted based on volume and relationship

 

Sample policy

We support our clients with samples prior to order confirmation:

- Samples are provided free of charge

- Freight is paid by the importer

- If phytossanitary certification is required, shipment is handled via DHL

- Sample shipping costs can be deducted from the first purchase order

Import Requirements

To  ensure a smooth process and avoid delays:

- Importer must be properly registered with local authorities

- Import permits must be obtained prior to the shipment to  avoid delays and container demurrage.
